To Use: Create a property.
Determines the splitter bar behavior when you resize its owner. The owner of a splitter bar can be the window or another splitter bar.
This property is similar to the Splitter Sizing option on the shortcut menu of a splitter bar.
| 0 | Sticks Top/Left—Splitter maintains its distance to its left/top boundary. |
| 1 | Sticks Bottom/Right—Splitter maintains its distance to its right/bottom boundary. |
| 2 | Proportional—Splitter maintains the proportion of the sizes of its two children. |
