Specifies the position of the rotary scale. This property is not writable for meters.

| Start | Specifies where the scale begins. The 3 o'clock position is 0; the 12 o'clock position is pi/2; the 9 o'clock position is pi; the 6 o'clock position is 3*pi/2, and so on. |
