Uses the domain value and the cluster returned by the Map Setup VI to determine a pixel value corresponding to that domain value.

	scale factors is a cluster returned by the Map Setup VI. a is the value used in the scale factor equation in the Map Setup VI. b is the value used in the scale factor equation in the Map Setup VI. log? specifies if the scale is logarithmic.
	x is the domain value.
	pixel is the pixel value corresponding to the domain value.
