This dialog box appears if you are using the Perforce command line interface and do not enter text in the Comment text box of the Check In File(s) dialog box when you check in a file.
Use this dialog box to enter comments about the changes you made since you checked out the file.
This dialog box includes the following components:
Changelist—Displays the changelist for which you want to submit comments.
Date—Displays the date this change was created.
Client—Displays the client name on the Perforce server.
User—Displays the name of the user who created the changelist.
Status—Specifies whether the changelist is new, pending, or submitted.
Description—Describes the changes you made after you opened the file or files to perform an add, edit, or delete operation. You must modify the default text to complete the submit operation.
Files—Displays all the files to submit to the changelist you specify in Changelist. A checkmark appears next to the files to submit. You can add or remove checkmarks from the checkboxes.
Check All—Selects all files in the Files listbox to submit to Perforce.
Check None—Deselects all files in the Files listbox to submit to Perforce. You must select at least one file to complete the submit operation.
