Owning Palette: Geometry VIs

Shifts three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates along the x-, y-, and z-axes. Wire data to the X input to determine the polymorphic instance to use or manually select the instance.
Use the pull-down menu to select an instance of this VI.

shift specifies the shift amount along each of the axes.

error returns any error or warning from the VI. You can wire error to the Error Cluster From Error Code VI to convert the error code or warning into an error cluster. |
x is the real input x-component for the two-element vector. | |||||||

Before the shift, the coordinate of point P is (x, y, z). After the shift operation, the coordinate of point P is (x', y', z'), where
x' = x + dx
y' = y + dy
z' = z + dz
