Defragments the .tdms file data specified in the file path input. Use this function to clean up your .tdms data when it becomes cluttered, and increase performance.

	file path is the path to the .tdms file you want to defragment.
	error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
	error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
